After launching their interior design firm, Griffith Blythe Interiors, sisters Blythe and Griffith saw a need for sophisticated, whimsical and timeless linens. Gatopard offers exclusive designs of tablecloths, napkins, placemats and cocktail napkins and showcases tabletop accessories from throughout the world. Gatopard, meaning Leopard, is the signature print of the collection.

As a new brand, but also an extension of their existing interior design business, we strove to create an identity that served both end users. The sister's signature blue was utilized in addition to a warm blush and bold burgundy. In contrast to the feminine color palette, modern fonts were utilized to showcase a brand that can straddle aesthetics. Creating multiple arms of the identity, the goal was to emphasize the custom-nature of the end product, as well as the tradition that heirloom linens bring to a home. The shopping cart icon is meant to resemble a steam trunk, the logo visualizes a traditional name plate and the submark is reminiscent of a family crest.

A short scroll website was utilized with the intention to create a platform without the sense of being a constant sales pitch. Side bar navigation leads visitors to the requested pages and a homepage banner revealing Gatopard Spots is a homage to the brand's ethos — make a mark.
